Hamlin O’Kelley has been approved by the South Carolina Board of Arbitration and Mediation Certification to serve as a Circuit Court Mediator.

In order to earn this designation, he completed 40 hours of specialized training and instruction, as approved by the SC Supreme Court.  

A partner in the firm, Hamlin joined Buist Byars & Taylor in 2005 and heads our litigation department in matters that relate to real property.  We are very pleased that he will now be able to offer mediation services.
