YETI to set up shop on King Street

YETI Coolers has signed a 10-year lease to house their second retail store in the U.S. in downtown Charleston.  Buist Byars & Taylor was pleased to represent the landlord in the transaction. The new store will be located at 360 King Street, between Calhoun and George Streets.  An opening date has not been announced yet.
