Joshua D. Reeves Partner

Joshua D. Reeves is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate department at Buist Byars & Taylor.

His practice focuses on land development for residential subdivisions, retail and office mixed-use projects and industrial transactions. Josh assists clients with each phase of their projects, including acquisitions, development, financing and dispositions. He also has experience with planned community governing documents, commercial leases, management contracts, franchise agreements, and real estate regulatory compliance.

Josh graduated from the Emory University School of Law and earned his B.B.A from the University of Georgia. He lives on Daniel Island with his wife, Amanda, and their triplet sons.
