has appointed and the South Carolina Senate has confirmed G. Hamlin O’Kelley, III, to serve on the South Carolina Real Estate
Commission. Mr. O’Kelley’s term of office will be through June 30, 2014 where
he will serve as an at large member. The South Carolina Real Estate
Commission is charged with protecting the public’s interest when involved in a
real estate transaction. Mr. O’Kelley is a Partner of the firm
working in the Mt. Pleasant office.

Kiehling has joined the law firm as an associate attorney in their
litigation practice in Mt. Pleasant. She
will concentrate in the areas related to real property including foreclosures,
quiet title actions, construction litigation and title insurance defense. Ms. Kiehling earned her law degree at The
Charleston School of Law. She is an alumna of Furman University and the Porter
Gaud School.
